Community is not a program at La JEFA Consulting. It is the reason we exist.
We grew up in these streets, these schools, these iglesias. We sat at these kitchen tables. We know what it feels like to need help and not know where to turn — or worse, to know where to turn but not feel welcome when you get there.
That is why La JEFA Consulting appears different. Not with a clipboard and a referral list. With presence. Con confianza. With the kind of care that says: you matter, your family matters, and we are not going anywhere.

Spotlight: Spread Your Wings · Elevate
One of the things closest to Oralia's heart is the Spread Your Wings · Elevate youth empowerment program, directed through the Idaho Hispanic Community Center.
This program invests in middle school students — the young people standing at the crossroads of identity, belonging, and potential — and gives them something too many of them have never had: a room full of adults who look like them and believe in them completely.

Through mentorship, bilingual leadership workshops, and community speakers, Elevate helps young people discover who they are, where they come from, and what they can build.
